No information, data, price, chart, indicator, projection, calculation result, ranking (leaderboard) or similar content provided through getVarlik constitutes — and may not be construed as — INVESTMENT ADVISORY, investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation, financial advice, or legal or tax counsel within the meaning of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the related regulations of the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

The content in the Application is for general informational purposes and is not personalized; it has not been prepared taking into account any user's financial situation, risk preferences, investment objectives or personal circumstances. It does not contain any recommendation or inducement to buy, sell, hold or dispose of any particular capital markets instrument, crypto asset, precious metal, currency or other asset.

Investment advisory may only be provided by AUTHORIZED INSTITUTIONS licensed by the CMB — such as brokerage firms, portfolio management companies and non-deposit-taking banks — taking into account each person's risk and return preferences and under a signed contract. 3. Price and Data Disclaimer

The market prices, exchange rates, crypto asset prices and other market data shown in the Application are sourced from THIRD-PARTY data providers (such as Twelve Data and CoinGecko). A significant portion of these providers are hosted abroad (in the USA, etc.) and supply data subject to their own terms, licenses and delays. Under the terms of those providers, such data is for informational purposes only; it is not suitable for trading purposes or for redistribution.

Accordingly, the prices and data shown in the Application:

• may be DELAYED; they are not guaranteed to be real-time (live),
• may be INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED or MISLEADING,
• are NOT an official or binding source; they may not exactly match the data of Borsa İstanbul, the relevant exchanges or official authorities,
• may change or become unavailable without prior notice,
• should NOT be relied upon as a basis for investment decisions.

getVarlik is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors or inaccuracies arising from third-party data providers and passes such data through on an as-is basis. No warranty is given as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the prices and data. Before carrying out any transaction, you must VERIFY the relevant prices and data from official/primary sources (the exchange, your broker, your bank, etc.).

4. Past Performance Disclaimer

The past returns, performance charts, historical rates of change and similar data shown in the Application are for informational purposes only. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT AN INDICATOR OR GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

The return that an asset or portfolio has shown in the past does not mean it will provide the same or similar return in the future. Due to market conditions, economic developments and other factors, future results may differ significantly from the past; any outcome, including losses, is possible.

5. Projection and Calculation Disclaimer

The results of all retirement, financial independence/early retirement (FIRE), savings, dividend, compound return and similar projections and calculation tools in the Application are based entirely on the data entered by the user and on the ASSUMPTIONS used by the Application (e.g., default annual return rate, inflation, contribution amount, duration, etc.).

These projections and calculations:

• are illustrative/scenario-based only, and their realization is NOT promised or GUARANTEED,
• are generally performed in NOMINAL terms and may not fully reflect factors such as inflation, taxes, fees and currency effects,
• may produce very different results under actual market conditions,
• do NOT constitute a personalized financial plan or retirement plan.

As the assumptions entered change, the results change significantly. The outputs of these tools should not be used as the sole basis for an investment or retirement decision.

6. Market, Volatility and Loss Risk

Capital markets instruments, crypto assets, precious metals, currencies and other investment vehicles are RISKY by nature. The value of these assets may both increase and decrease depending on market conditions; volatility may be high.

Investors may lose ALL or PART of the principal they invest. Past or current values do not guarantee future value. You should make your investment decisions only with amounts you can afford to lose and after assessing your own risk tolerance. getVarlik is not responsible for any market risk or loss to which users are exposed.

7. Crypto Asset Risk

Compared to other investment vehicles, crypto assets carry VERY HIGH VOLATILITY, and their values may fluctuate sharply within very short periods or even lose all value. Crypto asset markets are open 24/7 and are exposed to sudden price movements.

The legal and regulatory framework for crypto assets is evolving in Türkiye and worldwide and may contain UNCERTAINTIES; legislative changes, access restrictions, taxation and similar matters may affect the value and usability of the assets. The custody, security and transfer of crypto assets involve additional technical and operational risks. The Application does not broker crypto asset trading, does not provide custody services, and only performs tracking/visualization based on the information entered by the user.

8. Currency (FX) Risk

The Application may display values denominated in different currencies (e.g., equities traded in US dollars, foreign currencies, foreign-currency-denominated assets) and may show them converted into Turkish lira or another currency. The exchange rates used in these conversions come from third-party sources and may be delayed or approximate.

Fluctuations in exchange rates may significantly affect the TL equivalent of foreign-currency-denominated assets and the total portfolio value; this may result in gains as well as losses. Value changes arising from currency movements are an inseparable part of investment risk, and getVarlik is not responsible for these currency movements or conversion differences.

9. Ranking and Social Content Disclaimer

The ranking (leaderboard), public profiles, follow and other social features in the Application are for entertainment and engagement purposes. A significant portion of the members/content appearing in the rankings and feed are REPRESENTATIVE/SAMPLE (mock) in nature and may NOT correspond to real persons, real portfolios or real returns; the values shown are sample model portfolio data.

Portfolio values, returns and content shared by other users are based on user statements whose accuracy is not verified by getVarlik and may be false, exaggerated, manipulative or misleading. None of this content constitutes investment advice, a guarantee of success or a model to be emulated.

Users may NOT share, through the social features, content intended to steer or manipulate the market or other users (creating an artificial price perception, baseless return claims, pump-and-dump calls, personalized buy/sell recommendations, etc.); market fraud/manipulation constitutes a criminal offense under Law No. 6362 and the related legislation. Do not make investment decisions based on social content or rankings.

11. User's Own Responsibility

The Application is solely a TRACKING and INFORMATION tool. All investment, buy/sell, hold and financial decisions made through the Application or based on the information in the Application are ENTIRELY THE USER'S OWN RESPONSIBILITY.

The user accepts that they bear the consequences of the investment decisions they make, any profits and losses that may arise, and their tax obligations. Before making any investment decision, it is the user's responsibility to independently verify all relevant information, conduct their own research and, where necessary, obtain professional support from CMB-licensed authorized institutions, a certified accountant or independent experts. The user is also responsible for the accuracy of the asset and portfolio information entered into the Application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, getVarlik (data controller and individual developer Halilhan İnan) shall NOT be liable for ANY damages — direct or indirect, actual or lost profits — arising from the use of or inability to use the Application, from the information, data, prices, exchange rates, projections, calculations, rankings, social content or Application content in the Application, or from any delay, error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"; no express or implied warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. getVarlik cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from third-party data providers, service interruptions, technical faults or force majeure events.

These limitations of liability do not eliminate getVarlik's liability arising from its WILLFUL MISCONDUCT or GROSS NEGLIGENCE under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, nor your rights arising from Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 that cannot be limited by contract. This disclaimer is to be read and applied as a whole together with the Application's User Agreement, KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
